Model fef369cgtc, the door latch is in the locked position, the oven door is open up, the door cannot shut. The "lock" low-cal is flashing. None of the oven functions are operable, "dr" is displayed. My wife thinks she pressed the "quick bake" switch when this happened. What to do? Thanks.

    Push and hold the oven light switch(on the door frame). Press the Cancel push button on the control console and expect if the door lock will move to open.

          Thank-you very much, I don't recall I did whatsoever damage trying to make it shut before I came upon your groovy explanation, I really appreciate it, as it closed smoothly and I even got to sweep backside it!!!!!
